For groups of 300 guests or fewer, we can often accommodate orders with as little as 48 hours’ notice. For larger groups, please provide at least 7 days’ advance notice

Booking & Payment Policies
Orders for 300 or fewer: as little as 48 hours’ notice, payment in full if within 2 days, 50% deposit otherwise
Over 300 guests: 7 days’ advance, 50% deposit to secure
Payment methods: All major cards, ACH, business checks. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 14 days (2 weeks) before the event.
Cancellations more than 14 days before event: deposit refunded minus 10% admin fee
Cancellations within 7 days: all payments non-refundable
Cancellations within 48 hours: full invoice amount due. Contract Summary
